Business automation

A business losing hours to re-typing the same information between systems, chasing manual approvals, or rebuilding the same report every week.

What you get

  • A map of the current process, including where it actually breaks.
  • Automation of the highest-value step first, delivered as something you can see working.
  • Error handling and a notification path, so a failure is visible rather than silent.
  • A record of what was automated and what was deliberately left manual.

How this differs from software integrations

An integration moves data between systems. Automation changes what happens next. A business can need one without the other, and the trade-off differs: integrations are mostly build, automation is mostly process design.

How we approach it

  • We map the process as it actually runs, including the exceptions, before automating any of it.
  • We automate the step that fails most often first, rather than the step that is easiest to automate.
  • Every automation keeps a human-readable log, so a wrong outcome can be traced to the rule that produced it.

What is out of scope

  • Automating a process nobody has defined. Automating confusion produces faster confusion.
  • Removing human approval from steps where a mistake is expensive, without that being an explicit decision.

How it is priced

Cost is driven by the number of exceptions in the process, not the number of steps; the happy path is rarely the expensive part.

See the pricing page for how that works in practice.

How to start

The first conversation is free and usually takes half an hour. Bring the problem as you experience it — what is not working and what you have already tried.

Tell us what you need

The more specific you are about the problem, the more useful the first reply will be. We read every enquiry ourselves.

We reply to this address. We do not add it to a mailing list.

A range is enough. It helps us say whether we are the right fit before either of us spends time on a call.

What is not working, what it costs you, and what you have already tried.
