E-commerce development
A business selling products online, or one with an existing store where the catalogue, checkout or fulfilment is losing sales that should be winnable.
What you get
- Product and category structure built around how customers search, not around internal SKU organisation.
- Checkout and payment flow review, because that is where most stores lose the sale.
- Measurement of the funnel step by step, so the drop-off is identified rather than guessed.
- Work on the existing store where that is the cheaper path.
How this differs from website design and development
Commerce adds catalogue data, payments, tax, shipping and returns. The failure modes are transactional — a customer cannot complete a purchase — not merely informational.
How we approach it
- We model the catalogue and its variants before the storefront, because a catalogue that cannot express your products limits every page built on it.
- Checkout, tax, shipping and refunds are specified with the person who handles them, not assumed from a template.
- We test a full order — including a refund and a failed payment — before the store takes real money.
What is out of scope
- Guaranteed conversion uplift figures. We will measure the change and report it honestly, including when it does not move.
- Marketing spend management. We can advise on the measurement; running your ad budget is a separate engagement.
How it is priced
Cost is driven by catalogue complexity — variants, tax rules, shipping zones, integrations — more than by the number of products.
See the pricing page for how that works in practice.
How to start
The first conversation is free and usually takes half an hour. Bring the problem as you experience it — what is not working and what you have already tried.
Tell us what you need
The more specific you are about the problem, the more useful the first reply will be. We read every enquiry ourselves.
