Who we are

Grapekings is an Australian digital studio providing website design, branding, search and digital system services. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Grapekings. You can contact us about privacy by calling 0406 160 336 or using the enquiry form on our contact page.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Your name, email address, phone number and business name.
• The service you are interested in and the details of your project.
• Campaign information such as referral source or advertising click identifiers, where present in the link you used.
• The page you submitted the enquiry from and the time of submission.

Our hosting provider also processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and request time in standard server logs for security and reliability. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which provides aggregate, privacy-friendly traffic statistics without advertising cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioural tracking on this website.

How we store and protect it

Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database and sent to our business inbox through an email delivery provider. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to you. We use access controls, encrypted connections and reasonable technical measures to protect the information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Some service providers may process data outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information is handled consistently with this policy and applicable Australian privacy law.

How long we keep it

We review enquiry records 12 months after receipt and keep them only for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, for an ongoing client relationship, or to meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run the business, such as our hosting, email and accounting providers, and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law. We only share what is necessary for those services.

Your rights
