Less repeating, more doing

Remove the manual steps between a lead and a job.

We map the process as it actually runs, then automate the highest-value step first. Integrations move data; automation decides what happens next.

Who this is for

  • A team re-typing the same information between systems.
  • A business where enquiries are handled differently by whoever sees them first.
  • An operation with a repetitive knowledge task that AI might genuinely reduce.

What is included

Process map

A written view of how work actually runs today, including the exceptions and the places it breaks.

System integration

Connections between your CRM, forms, calendar, accounting or industry software, with retries and failure visibility.

Workflow automation

The highest-value step automated first, delivered as something you can see working rather than a diagram.

Practical AI, where it fits

Narrow, testable use cases such as triage, retrieval or drafting, measured against real examples.

Human review points

Approval steps where a mistake is expensive, with the decision left visible to a person.

Monitoring and handover

Error handling, notifications and documentation so a failure is noticed and the system is maintainable.

Automate the process you have, not the one you wish you had

Automating a process nobody has defined produces faster confusion. We start by writing down what happens now, who owns each step and where the hand-offs fail.

Then we automate the step with the clearest return. Often that is one integration and one notification, not a large platform replacement.

AI is a tool, not the objective

If a deterministic rule would be more reliable and easier to audit, we build the rule. AI is for the residual work that needs judgement, and it carries accuracy and cost uncertainty that we measure rather than assume.

  • A narrow use case with a clear boundary.
  • An evaluation set built from your real examples.
  • Measured accuracy before anything runs unattended.
  • A person kept in control of decisions that carry risk.

Common questions

Do we need to replace our current software?

Usually not. Most projects connect the systems already in place. If a standard product already does the job, we will recommend it rather than build a replacement.

Can you guarantee the AI will be accurate?

No. We measure accuracy on your examples, state the failure modes we observed and keep human review where the cost of an error is high. Claims about accuracy we have not measured would be worthless.

Where do we start?

A short process review. We identify the step costing the most time or causing the most errors, then scope a first build around that step.

A short conversation is usually enough to know whether this is the right fit, what it would include and what it would cost.
